Return & Refund Policy
At Tessera Artisan, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our food-based goods, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue, damage, or defect with the product or its packaging.
Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You must provide clear photos of the issue and a description of the problem.
Your request must include your order number and purchase details.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@tesseraartisan.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in cases where we have made an error with your order. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@tesseraartisan.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@tesseraartisan.com for further assistance.
