Returns & Refunds

At Tessera Artisan, we check our jewellery carefully before sending it out.

Because our jewellery is small and personal, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We only accept returns if:

  • the item arrives damaged, or
  • the item is faulty, or
  • you receive the wrong item

Return Timeframe

You have 5 days from the day you receive your order to contact us about a problem.


To request a return

Please email us at hello@tesseraartisan.com with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos showing the issue
  • a short description of the problem

The item must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • in its original packaging

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item.

If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we will fix it.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will check the item.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or card providers may take extra time to process the refund.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
